East Coast Snow - Trick or Treat

The east coast snow storm that hit the East Coast this Halloween is dumping up to 2 feet of snow and caused power outages for over 1.5 million people. Needless to say, air traffic was disrupted as was trick-or-treating. It's a good thing the buffalo bills are playing Toronto this weekend... Otherwise it would have been a mess for sports fans in Upstate New York.

Playboy bunnies surprise WGN Weatherman

Ms. January 2010 and Ms. July 2002 surprise Chicago's WGN (Channel 9) weather man while he's reporting live. One of their outfits match the green-screen so the temperatures are showing up all over her body. The meteorologist quips when they leave, "is there anybody on the crew left in here?"

KTLA's Allie MacKay Uses the Shake Weight

KTLA's news team does a hard hitting report on the shake-weight---A crazy exercise device that Saturday Night Live once spoofed. And the funny thing is the anchorman asks her (with a straight face)... "What do you like better? Do you like it fast or slow?" She answers that she likes to change it up.

They even bring up a South Park episode where a "cool down spray" comes out of the top of the shake-weight.

Another punchline from an older anchor is, "I've got a small white one, does that make a difference?"

Classic Reporter Blooper - 1980's Republican Convention

During the 1980's republican (Reagan) convention this reporter gets a little upset at not being able to hear his producers in his earpiece and also at the jovial conventioneers.

Dangerous Chicago Waves

Every so often when the wind blows from the East, Lake Michigan can send some large wave crashing into Chicago's lake front.  The bike path along Lake Shore Drive becomes dangerous as waves 15 feet to 25 feet high go over the breakers.

Occasionally, there are bikers or runners that get swept over by the waves.

Soccer Fails

Here's a 5 minute series of a bunch of soccer fails.  You'll see missed penalty kicks, awkward celebrations, and all sorts of goofy futball bloopers.

So if you've missed these games live, you catch all the laughs from this highlight reel.

Weather Girl caught eating on set

Fox 4's local weather personality thought she was off-camera, when she was actually on live TV stuffing her face with a snack. Other anchors were busy laughing at her, but the camera stayed on her and she had no idea. Instead she just kept eating.

I think in the future she'll snack in the lunchroom.

Top Video Bombs on live News

The clip critics do funny segment on some of the top video bombs to be posted on youtube. (A video bomb is defined as when a reporter is doing a live on-scene report and then some ooofus does something goofy or embarrassing behind the beat reporter. It frequently makes for funny or awkward live TV.

Andy Roddick Yells at Reporter

After Tennis superstar Andy Roddick recently lost in the Beijing Open a reporter asked him a question about a statement he said years ago claiming that he'd retire if his ranking dropped too low. Andy paused and told the reporter he should retire, the crowd applauded and then andy walked off the stage. You could tell he was really upset. But I think the reporter needed to be put in his place.

Humane Society Blooper

In this classic TV blooper a local news reporter is hyping up a dog that is being put up for adoption while a 2-year old boy sits on her lap. The wonky camera man zooms in on the boy instead of the dog and it seems as if the news personality is talking about the looking for a home for the child and not really for the puppy.
