Model shows of some Super Soccer Skills

Here's an interesting clip from the fashion report. A good looking blond model sporting a nice white dress shows off her amazing soccer skills---she bounces the ball all over her legs and shoulders--in front and behind her---and then winds up kicking it off of camera.

In fact, she's so good at these tricky soccer moves, I wonder if the video is a fake and is just using some sort of CGI (computer generated images). Because, i don't think that models are usually that coordinated.

A Trampoline Jumper Dunks Himself through the Basketball Hoop

During a break at a recent Phoenix Suns NBA basketball game, they brought out the entertainers. A bunch of young guys who are jumping off of trampolines in order to get some major air and slam dunk the basketball. This one kid, gets a little too much air---He jumps off of the trampoline and dives through the basketball hoop. His whole body goes through the rim! And just seconds after he makes it through a teammate completes a dunk of his own.

This is a pretty wild clip---and should definitely make the sports highlights on your local newscast or even on ESPN.

Tracy Morgan thinks that Sarah Palin is Good Looking

For some reason the producers of TNT's basketball broadcast thought it would be a good idea to let Charles Barkley and the other sports hosts interview Tracy Morgan (of 30 Rock and Saturday night live fame)... And they ask him who's hotter Sarah Palin or Tina Fey (Liz Lemon). Needless to say Tracy says a PG-13 inappropriate comment about Sarah on live TV.

Kim Clijsters Calls Out a Sports Caster

At the Australian Open, Kim Clijsters is speaking with Todd Woodbridge (An Australian Sports Reporter), for writing that Kim looked grumpy and that she may be pregnant, because her boobs look bigger.

I think that poor Mr. Woodbridge wasn't ready to get called out on live TV and over the public address system at the tennis stadium. The crowd really had a good laugh and applause in response to Kim throwing Todd under the bus after his goofy text/tweet.

Now we'll just have to see who's going to be the player to win this year's Open.

Sunrise's Simon Reeve's Magic Whistle makes Horses go #2

The morning news program "Sunrise" in Australia has an anchor man (Simon Reeves) who claims that his whistle can make horses go to the bathroom.

So they send a field reporter out to a local stable with a portable TV and speaker, Simon starts whistling and after a few seconds the horses tail goes up, and it craps (as if on command).

The Onion News Network Premiers January 21

IFC is set to debut the Onion News Network (ONN) on January 21, 2011. Check your cable listings to see if you get the channel.

In this promo, Brook Alvarez and Tucker Hope talk about how nobody else should get into the news business, because they will be crushed. And about all of the awards that they've one (like 2nd place out of 3 competitors in a touch-screen news contest).

Are you going to be watching the show?

Darko Milicic Jump Ball Blooper

In this NBA match up between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Washington Wizards, Darko Milicic screws up during a jump ball at the foul line and accidentally slaps the basketball into his opponent's hoop, scoring 2 points for the other team.

Toowoomba Flood in Brisbane Australia washes away a parking lot full of Cars

Recently all of the rain and flooding that has hit Australia caused some rivers to overflow their banks and wash away about twenty cars from the car park (Parking Lot for the Americans out there).

This amazing video was shot by an office worker from an upper level conference room at work. The East Creek near Chalk Lane just swelled over its banks reaching a critical flood stage. One guy got outside to fiddle with his range rover SUV's tires and just barely managed to drive his truck out of danger. However, over a dozen owners of small cars had their vehicles disappear in a gush of murky river water.

It's truly an amazing weather video that has been getting a lot play in newsrooms around the world.

Cars Slide and Crash Down an Icy Road

As the blizzard of 2011 hits the East Coast hard this week with over a foot of snow, I thought it would be interesting to look at this montage that CNN put together of cars and trucks sliding out of control crashing into each other outside of Spokane, Washington during 2010.

This winter will definitely be one to remember and hopefully, drivers take it easy and don't go out in the inclement weather unless they really need to. It's best if you have 2 wheel drive vehicle to stay home... Leave the roads to the snow plows and people with 4 wheel drive trucks and SUV's.

Atlanta Car Catches On Fire During Snow Storm

Atlanta's NBC affiliate was doing a live shot in town when a BMW driver spins out and crashes and then the car catches on fire. The driver lost traction on windy hill road and spun his tires so much that the car caught on fire. The TV crew talked the driver into getting out of the car and then they called 911 to get the fire department there.

Now the driver will have to call up his automobile insurance company and file a claim.

Qwest Field Large Beer Scam

If you're going to watch the Seattle Seahawks at Qwest Field, I'd recommend that you only buy small beers, rather than the large beers.

It turns out that the shorter cup actually holds just as much beer as the taller "large-cup". So save yourself $1.25 per drink and only order the small drinks. I'm surprised the vendors have the audacity to jerk their customers off like that.

At the Rose Bowl Parade, KTLA reporter wants nuts on her face

Watching the rose bowl parade is one of my favorite activities every January 1. Remarkably, every exterior component of every float has to be a flower or plant based. It takes volunteers weeks to construct the float.

Some KTLA anchor lady who was moderating the parade, must not have a dirty mind, because after seeing a float which had been decorated with nuts, she said, "I would like to have nuts on my face." That comment had to have every teenager in greater Southern California laughing their butts off.

Could she really be that naive?

Ted Williams - The Panhandler with the Golden Voice

Here's footage of Ted Williams the pan handler from Columbus, Ohio who hit the local news stations with his amazing radio voice. After the networks caught hold of his story, he managed to land multiple jobs of voice-over work. Including sports teams (Cleveland Cavaliers and Kraft Macaroni and Cheese).

I must admit that when I first saw this clip on WGN, I thought that the man had to be lip-syncing. The voice just does not match his body---It's hard to believe that he was working the streets doing cheesy radio station catch phrases in order to earn some money.

Since this time, Ted got cleaned up and got to do the TV circuit in New York and visit his 90 year old mother.

NFL on Fox team goes through airport security

This funny clip shows that having a Super Bowl Ring separates some of the Fox NFL reporting crew from the rest. Folks like Terry Bradshaw and Jimmy Johnson breeze through the security check points with all sorts of perks, while the other cast members have to undergo a more thorough search from the airport's friendly TSA security staff.

Reporter Lidia Camon knocks down camera man during a sled ride

Spanish Language reporter Lidia Camon is reporting on the snow and sledding conditions during a holiday winter storm, and then she gets onto a sled with a kid.

What Lidia didn't notice was that the microphone cord got caught between her leg and the toboggan causing her to yank down the camera man who falls as the sled goes down the snowy slope.
