WKBT's morning news anchor Jennifer Livingston fires back at an email critic that called her out for being fat/overweight. Ms. Livingston noted that the email didn't tell her anything she didn't already know and was sent by a bully.

Channel 8 in New Haven, CT had a snafu on live TV when their field reporter fumbles her words and calls herself stupid. The Anchor man tries to cover and says that they must have run the wrong tape---But we wonder if it was really a live broadcast that went hay-wire.

Reporter Tries To Report at Firing Range

Now this is just plain silly. A local CBS affiliate beat reporter is reporting his story while at the firing range. He's wearing ear-protection himself, while a shooter fires a handgun many times down-range to the target. The viewer can't hear any of the report only the bang-bang-bang of the gun going off. The audio-engineer had be nuts to allow such a thing.

Talk Soup Makes Fun of NBC and CBS's morning shows

Joel McHale of talk soup fame on E! took to task a morning anchor from "Good Morning America" for repeatedly asking the daughter of a face-transplant reciepent of what the Mom will say once she recovers--even though she's blind. The daughter kept saying, "my mom's blind" but the reporter just didn't get it.

Then in a different news segment, the reporters were trying to show how dangerous it is to play with fire---but the T-shirt on a stick never caught ablaze even though it was inches away from the flame... They said things went better during rehearsal.

Grammy Reporter Gets Tongue Tied

A cute blond reporter representing CBS 2, was busy working the 2011 Grammy awards when her brain malfunctions and she start speaking in tongues. For 10 seconds straight she says meaningless words that I can't even comprehend. I'm guessing that she may have been hired for looks instead of her brains---She's just making it way too easy for a multitude of dumb-blond jokes... At least she'll get her 15 minutes of internet video fame.

Ted Williams - The Panhandler with the Golden Voice

Here's footage of Ted Williams the pan handler from Columbus, Ohio who hit the local news stations with his amazing radio voice. After the networks caught hold of his story, he managed to land multiple jobs of voice-over work. Including sports teams (Cleveland Cavaliers and Kraft Macaroni and Cheese).

I must admit that when I first saw this clip on WGN, I thought that the man had to be lip-syncing. The voice just does not match his body---It's hard to believe that he was working the streets doing cheesy radio station catch phrases in order to earn some money.

Since this time, Ted got cleaned up and got to do the TV circuit in New York and visit his 90 year old mother.

Amazing Race Melon Blooper

During the 2010 season of the Amazing Race, Brook & Clair (the pink team) were participating in a challenge in England where they have to use a giant sling shot to shoot melons at suits of armor. Unfortunately, the medieval weapon backfired and hit Clair right in the face. The watermelon shattered on her forehead. But she ended up completing the task---And they eventually came in 2nd place in the overall race to the finish. (Which means they didn't get their million dollars).

Surprisingly her nose wasn't broken.

WVLT Reporter Has a Hissy Fit

WVLT field reporter Gordon Boyd gets quite pissed and has throws a tantrum while reporting the news. He gets so angry at the end of his report he throws down his clip board onto the sidewalk, and the camera cuts to the anchor man who is a bit surprised by his coworkers antics and blames it on technical difficulties.
