Obama can't say Lollapalooza

Today during a press conference, President Obama was asked what he thought about Chicago's security efforts after he decided to move this year's G8 summit from the windy city to Camp David. Barrack said, that Chicago has a history of hosting large important events all the time including the taste of chicago, "LaPoluza", and Bulls Championship parades. I'm guessing he never attended the Lollapalooza concert in Grant Park, otherwise he wouldn't have mispronounced it.

9News Denver's Ashton Altieri Congratulates Erin's Big Hooters

Local news reporter Ashton Altieri gets tongue tied and says, "Congrats Erin on your bigger Hooters,... er... Hoosiers"... The curse of live TV means this blooper was instantly placed on youtube and the anchor started blushing while her co-hosts were laughing at her expense.

At the Rose Bowl Parade, KTLA reporter wants nuts on her face

Watching the rose bowl parade is one of my favorite activities every January 1. Remarkably, every exterior component of every float has to be a flower or plant based. It takes volunteers weeks to construct the float.

Some KTLA anchor lady who was moderating the parade, must not have a dirty mind, because after seeing a float which had been decorated with nuts, she said, "I would like to have nuts on my face." That comment had to have every teenager in greater Southern California laughing their butts off.

Could she really be that naive?

It's warm and wet in London...

This blooper reel has some real classic news mistakes.

"It's warm and wet in London, is Elizabeth Lang as well?" says a British TV host.

As well as a field reporter getting knocked down by a sheep in the pasture, only to get knocked down by the snarky morning host who says, "she always finds herself on her knees somewhere doesn't she?"

Virginia Trioli is Michael Roland--ABC 24 blooper

Virginia Trioli has a Ron Burgundy moment when she introduces ABC 24's news. She just reads the teleprompter and after talking about the stories and says, "Good morning you're watching ABC News 24, I'm Michael Roland"... How crazy, she introduces herself as a man---I guess they'll read anything that is put on the teleprompter.

Reporter Fail

This western michigan (Grand Rapids) reporter from Channel 8 fails to recognize that the news team back at headquarters is calling on him to do a live report.

He fixes his tie and then counts to ten really fast... And the when it's obvious that he doesn't know the camera is on the anchor man says, "and, we've found out that Leon can count"

BBC Anchor kept hidden for 20 years and forced to bare children

BBC's Jonathan Charles has a funny way of delivering the world news... Somebody should teach him to pause and take a breath between separate sentences.

"This is BBC News, I'm Jonathan Charles kept hidden for almost two decades and forced to bare children"

Austrailian Weatherman doesn't know how many balls an Octopus has

Channel 7's weatherman in Sydney Australia was doing his forecast and then wrapped it up with commentary on Paul the Octopus who managed to accurately predict all the World Cup winners during the summer of 2010. "I guess he'll quit when he's ahead with his 8 testicles"

I'm hoping that he meant to say Tentacles. (I seem to remember a similar mis-speak in the famous John Cusack movie "Better Off Dead"

TV reporter mixes up Snacks and Sex

WTAE anchor man Andrew Stockey was going about reading the news, when he got to a story about all the various fees that airlines charge their customers. They nickle and dime you for extra-leg room, $25 for the first bag,$35 for the second checked bag... And then came the Freudian slip---"And every airline charges you for sex... er, snacks".

That's quite an embarrassing slip of the tongue.

ITN News Blooper Reels

This two minute video highlights some of the funnier out-takes, bloopers, mis-speaks and unstoppable giggles that happen during ITN's newscasts and field reports. One funny clip even shows the centerpiece at a fancy dinner getting knocked over on camera.

7.2 Magniturd Earthquake

This Local Fox News anchor man bumbles his words when talking about a 7.2 magnitude earthquake off of Alaska in 2008. The poor guy calls it a "7.2 Magniturd earthquake" --- This causes his female co-host to laugh uncontrollably and for the guys in the production booth to actually change the on screen graphic to say "Magniturd" instead of "Magnitude"---Kudos to the guys in the booth.

CNN Anchor's Nice Mellons

When CNN's studio hosts decide to kick it out to the local reporter at the grocery store covering the "Great Grocery Race" the female host says to the girl reporter, "Nice mellons!..... behind you there."

After her comment the guy co-host cracks up laughing like a junior high school student, and the field reporter loses it as well and starts chuckling at how unsmooth her coworker was.

Fox New York anchor screws up Interview with Lauren Conrad

When Fox Channel 5' Good Day New York, in New York City's WNYW morning news studio introduces Lauren Conrad from MTV's "The Hills", the anchor accidentally says, "Lauren Conrad Superstar... Congratulations on all of your reality show sex... err.. Success", "What did you say?", "Success---How many books have you written".

Poor Lauren covers her mouth while chuckling at the morning show host's Freudian slip.

Local News Screws Up Mountain Climber Story

"And the next story is about a man who climbed Mount Everest; even though he's gay---or excuse me, blind---he's blind."

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...

You'd think it would be easy for news casters to read a teleprompter. This reporter for some reason wants to pronounce the "p" in "Cop" as a "ck"... Shepard Smith does an admirable job of covering by saying she's a fan of South Carolina Sports

Fox News Reporter - Freuding Slip

Fox News reporter misspeaks when reporting on Ms. Nevada's ability to keep her tit-le.
